There is also a spacious double bedroom, a fully equipped and functional kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and an additional guest bathroom. On the warmest days, you will have a small terrace with outdoor table and chairs directly accessible from the bedroom.

It is equipped with every comfort such as WiFi internet access, autonomous heating and air conditioning system, hairdryer, TV, iron and all the necessary kitchen appliances.

Very easy to reach, it is a 5-minute walk from the vaporetto stop that will connect you to Marco Polo Airport and other lagoon islands. Walking out of the apartment, in addition to encountering countless shops, restaurants and cafes, you can reach St. Mark's Square in 5 minutes, the Biennale Gardens in 10 minutes and the Rialto Bridge in 10 minutes.

Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
