Ca' di Corte Dona', a charming apartment with a balcony in the Sestiere Castello in Venice.
This cozy two-room apartment is located on the ground floor and offers an exclusive location opposite the walls of the Arsenale. The accommodation consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. In the same space, there is a dining table, TV, and a sofa. The sleeping area consists of one room with a queen-size double bed and another room with two single beds. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
Our guests have access to additional amenities such as free WiFi, a washing machine, an iron, air conditioning, heating, and a TV.
*The building is not equipped with an elevator.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival.
