The living room is elegantly furnished with some antique furnitures and it is equipped with a living room, satellite TV, dining table and an open kitchen, fully equipped. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. The staircase leads to the second floor where there are 2 bedrooms: one with double bed and one with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. From this floor through a private staircase you reach the jewel of the apartment: a private terrace of about 25 sqm. equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, chairs and dining table, which offers a stunning view to 180 degrees on the Lake. In the basement of the residence there is a covered parking place reserved. There is a lift to go up to the apartment. Under the residence through a staircase you reach the private beach, equipped with a dressing room. Site on the bike path of pallanza whose center is 5 minutes walking , with shops, restaurants, the seaport with the embarkation for the Borromean Islands, beaches, swimming pools and tennis club. Two bicycles are at disposal of our clients. For pets small size an additional cost is required - Euro 20 per week.
