On the sunny and panoramic hill behind the center of Verbania Intra, just five minutes' walk from the lake, is Villa Il Motto, a well-preserved period villa with the main services renovated. On the ground floor there is a lounge with lake view and TV, a large dining room with another lounge overlooking the covered porch furnished with table and chairs and TV, a large well-equipped kitchen, a small service bathroom and an apartment composed of a bedroom with double bed and a staircase leading to the attic with a small bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom. On the first floor of the villa there is a double bedroom with lake view with balcony and private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom communicating with a bedroom with a bunk bed and bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the second floor there is another double bedroom with lake view and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. In the semi-underground floor there is a small kitchen/rumpus room, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. In front of the villa there is a large terrace equipped with an awning, a new built-in barbecue, a large dining table and a sitting room where you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the lake. The large garden is equipped in several places with deck chairs and umbrellas. Inside the property there are 3 parking spaces reserved for guests plus a single garage. Villa al Motto enjoys a magnificent location with an unsurpassed panorama in the middle of the greenery just 5 minutes walk from the lake (passing through a small road) and just 5 minutes by car from the center of Verbania. For animals there is a cost of 20 euros per week
