The Giulia apartment is located inside the luxurious "La Scogliera" complex directly above the lake in Verbania in the Pallanza area. The large and bright living room has a modern kitchen with all appliances, a large dining table, a living room with a sofa that becomes a double bed and satellite TV. From there you enter the small balcony facing the lake from which you can enjoy a wonderful view, equipped with table and chairs. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a washing machine and one with a shower. The apartment also has a side terrace of about 20 square meters with a beautiful lake view, equipped with a dining table for 6 people, a parasol and a barbecue. A reserved parking space is available underneath the structure in the garage area. From there an elevator is available to go up to the apartment. The "La Scogliera" complex has direct access to the lake with a jetty and ladder that allow you to enter the water as if it were a small beach. In front of the complex, a buoy is available for guests to attack a boat. The Giulia apartment is located on the Pallanza cycle path, whose center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, with shops, restaurants, the port with boarding to reach the Borromeo islands, the swimming pool and the tennis club. Only small pets are allowed with a fee of Euro 20 per week, they cannot access the beach. .
