It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Dogs are to be kept on a leash. Dogs are in the communal. Not allowed in areas used. Shuttle bus to the beach (for a fee, Mon-Fri, only in July / August). Dogs must be kept on a leash. 6 evenings per week in July and August.
