The attic apartment is in an annexe to the owner’s bed and breakfast. It is in a quiet spot in a private courtyard and is surrounded by a pretty garden. The owner lives next door. From the furnished terrace belonging to the apartment you can see an abundance of greenery. There is garden furniture under shady trees in the well-maintained garden. The car parking space is in front of the garden. The apartment was refurbished to a high standard and its 90m² provides ample space for two adults and a child. It has a large bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a small room with a single bed and a cupboard. The large bathroom has a bath, shower, double washbasin, bidet, WC and hairdryer.
