The backyard of this house borders the nature reserve, the beginning of the Kooibos, where you are guaranteed to enjoy the sun in peace. The cozy living room has a nice sofa and nice dining area. Through the garden door you enter the spacious terrace where there is a nice garden set with parasol. Adjacent is the large, green garden with nice shady spots. The open, modern kitchen has all the modern appliances that you can use to cook well. Also fully equipped, the dishes are done by the machine! The renovated bathroom has a neat shower cubicle with toilet and sink. The bedroom and good double bed with plenty of closet space. The central heating ensures that it is nice and comfortable in this house even on less hot days. If you want to bring your dog, that's possible, your four-legged friend is welcome in this house. Within 10 minutes you are walking on the beach of Callantsoog where your dog can run freely!
