The luxury holiday home features a modern open kitchen, where you can cook your meals. The French doors in the kitchen provide direct access to the spacious terrace. This is the perfect spot to experience that true holiday feeling; make yourself comfortable on the lounge set from early in the morning until late at night. Your holiday home features two spacious double bedrooms, both equipped with en-suite bathrooms. The amazing interior and the level of style and character throughout this holiday home are the result of the creative owner's careful furnishing. You'll be staying in the Kromme Rijn area, near the Utrecht Hill Ridge, which is known for its culture, cycling, canoeing and walking routes. It's also known for the many cherry orchards and annual cherry festival. The green landscape and the Utrecht Hill Ridge location offer many opportunities to enjoy nature. How about a nice walk on one of the waymarked trails, or exploring the surroundings by bicycle? The Soester Duinen natural area is less than a 20-minute drive away. And it's no more than 30 minutes by car to the attractive town of Utrecht, which is well worth a visit. It offers a good mix of culture and shopping, as well as plenty of nice restaurants to enjoy a meal. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the pleasant town of Amersfoort either, which offers a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants for a great day out. Note: Due to its location on the water, the house is suitable for children aged 10 years and older.
