Summer house Blaauboer in Egmond aan Zee, located within walking distance of the sea, the beach and the Noordhollands Duinreservaat. The summer house, located on the south side of Egmond aan Zee, is located in a quiet, child-friendly environment on the edge of the pleasant village of Egmond aan Zee. There is a duck pond approximately * 20 meters away and a small children's playground with play equipment * 100 meters away. The walking distance to the sea and the wide sandy beach is only * 5 minutes. Access to the Noordhollands Duinreservaat is almost on the doorstep. Here are optimal cycling and walking opportunities. From the holiday home you can walk to the center with all its shops and coffee terraces in about 5 minutes. The summer house is equipped for 5 persons. It is fully furnished, consisting of a living room with cable TV, radio and DVD player, separate kitchen with a microwave, shower / toilet and upstairs 2 bedrooms. Free use of Internet WIFI WLAN. The living room has a cozy sitting area and a dining area. A cupboard in which, in addition to glasses, you can also find games and information material about Egmond aan Zee and the surrounding area, Cable TV is available and you can use WIFI / WLAN for free! A separate kitchen with a microwave, fridge with a freezer, coffee maker and toaster. Upstairs is 1 double room and 1 triple room. For children there is 1 (baby) bed, baby bath, high chair and changing table. The beds have duvets and pillows, without bed linen. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them from us for a fee. The summer house has its own entrance with a terrace with garden furniture. BBQ and are allowed in the garden. The garden is fenced and therefore ideal for children and possibly a dog (on request). You can bring or rent bicycles nearby at * 200 meters. You can park your car close to the house. A license plate registration system will apply for parking in Egmond aan Zee from mid-2021. The parking costs for the south side of Egmond aan Zee are included in the rent. This makes Egmond aan Zee a paradise for sun worshipers, walkers and cyclists. Anyone who has been in the Egmonden once will return. The Jan van Speijk lighthouse, with its striking white appearance, keeps a watchful eye over the sea and the village. The seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee, which borders the North Holland dune reserve, is especially popular with people who enjoy socializing. From the varied choice of restaurants, beach pavilions and surprising shops. From strolling along the long rows of terraces, and from watching people from behind a large cup of ice cream. Egmond aan Zee is best known for its freely accessible beach everywhere. The sandy beach is certainly one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands and forms a natural whole with the village. The air here is wonderfully pure and the sun often shines. There is also plenty to do in the cultural-historical area in the Egmonden. Such as the museum of Egmond, the ruins and the Castle Chapel in Egmond aan den Hoef and the Abbey in Egmond-Binnen. And do not forget the bulb fields in spring. Traditionally, there is a battle against the water in Egmond aan Zee. Over the centuries, parts of the village regularly disappeared into the sea, as in the 18th century. However, the sea also brought a lot of prosperity, because the inhabitants mainly earned a living from fishing. Much is still reminiscent of the fishing past, such as the fishermen's houses and the fishermen's monument. The Prins Hendrik Stichting is a striking building and originally a shelter for former sailors. The Museum van Egmond provides a picture of the history.
