This attractively furnished bungalow is very quietly located in a dead end street on the award-winning holiday park De Klepperstee, just behind the dunes, in Ouddorp. This detached holiday home is rented for 4 people and is very quietly located on the Klepperstee holiday park in Ouddorp, and has a living area of approx. 85 m² and the plot is no less than 300 m². The bright living room has a dining table, sofa and various armchairs. There is free WiFi and a small flat screen TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, (tabletop) refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, extractor hood and gas hob and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, and there is another sleeping accommodation on the open loft. The large, bright bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200) and there is also hanging and lying space, in the small bedroom there are 2 new box springs (70 x 200) with a table with reading light and a shelf. There are blackout curtains in both bedrooms. There is a trundle bed on the loft (2 x 80 x 200) and can be booked for a 5th person on request The bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor, completely renovated in 2018, has a skylight. During the renovation, a second toilet was also realized, separate from the bathroom. The internal storage room contains a combi microwave and a washing machine. The beautifully landscaped garden of 200 m² with a wind-free terrace with garden table and a place near the private garden shed, provide an absolute holiday feeling. There is parking for 1 car at the house. -only for rent/bookable for tourist purposes and/or recreational use
