This spacious holiday home is in a small-scale park in Friesland. The park is characterized by very unique houses, lots of privacy, and a green environment. For the children, there is a small enclosed playground and a football field. If you are looking to unwind in a peaceful location, then you are at the right place! Within walking distance of the villa is the beautiful Spokebos, hiking trails for long and short walks. The area offers various cycling routes (starting point no. 15 is 300m) and the Spokeplas, a recreational lake with a sandy beach, is located directly across the street from the park. An outdoor swimming pool with a diving board and water slide is within walking distance. The house has an infrared sauna and a sun bed and in the garden, there is a wood-fired hot tub (2 bags of wood included in the price). When the weather is nice, you can sit outside on the spacious terrace, which has a large table with 10 chairs. There is a charging point for your electric car.
