Lots of fun on and around the lake

This vacation home is within walking distance of the Sneekermeer lake, where you can enjoy the beach or one of the waterfront terraces. The Sneekermeer is a popular area for water sports enthusiasts. On and around the lake there is a wide choice of water sports facilities, such as a speedboat track, supping, boat rental and there are several marinas. But besides all the water facilities, Sneek is also a beautiful city to visit.

Comfortable and smartly furnished vacation apartment

The apartment is located on the second floor and accessible by a fixed staircase. In the living room is by the flat-screen television and a cozy cozy sitting area with a two-seater sofa and one loose armchair. The dining area between the kitchen and sitting area offers plenty of room to eat, have a drink or play a game. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), kettle, toaster and both a nespresso and filter coffee machine.

The bedroom is separated from the living room by two stylish French doors and equipped with a double bed (160x200cm). There is also a second bedroom on the mezzanine containing two separate single beds (80x210cm), these can also be placed against each other. All rooms have blackout window coverings. There is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron in the separate storage room on the mezzanine.
The modern bathroom is accessible from the living room/kitchen and is equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, sink with mirror and hairdryer. The balcony with fine lounge set is located on the west (12 m2) and accessible both through the sliding doors in living room and bedroom. For the little ones there is a high chair and folding crib available (60x120cm) and free wifi is available throughout the accommodation.

Ideal balance between rest and active vacation

The apartment is located in a quiet nature reserve but has plenty of fun activities nearby, offering the perfect balance between a relaxing and active holiday. Sneekermeer offers ample opportunity for an active watersports holiday, but you can also relax on the beach at the recreational lake less than 500 metres from the apartment. The city of Sneek is always pleasantly busy; in addition to the famous chain stores, you can find unique stores and cosy restaurants and terraces, and various events are organised throughout the year. In short, there is plenty to do in Sneek!
