Upon entering the house, you step into the spacious hallway that provides access to the various rooms: a cozy living room, a practical toilet, a handy storage room, a well-equipped kitchen, and two of the three bedrooms.
The living room, with an area of 17m2, is invitingly furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a lazy chair, and various side tables around the television. For extra warmth and atmosphere during the colder months, a cozy gas stove is provided, in addition to central heating.
At the dining table in the living room, with a bench on one side and three separate chairs on the other, you can easily seat six people for a meal or enjoy a cozy dining experience with snacks and drinks during a game.
The separate kitchen offers all the peace and space to prepare delicious meals. It is equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Also available for a fresh cup of coffee or tea are a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, and a kettle.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you step directly into the shower, equipped with a window that can be opened for extra ventilation. Note, a sink is missing here, therefore two of the three bedrooms are equipped with their own sink.
The first bedroom offers two separate beds (80x200cm) that are pushed together (160x200cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a sink. The second bedroom also has a setup of two separate beds (80x200cm) that together form a double bed (160x200cm), a spacious closet, a nightstand with lighting, and a sink. If desired, the beds can be moved apart.
The third bedroom, or the children's bedroom, accessible via the living room, is furnished with a bunk bed (90x200cm), a chest of drawers, and a coat rack.
The enclosed garden (240m2), fenced and with free passage for cars and bicycles, is located on the southeast, south, and southwest. With multiple terraces, both on the southeast and southwest, the garden offers a wonderful place for both sun and shade. Enjoy a meal or a drink at the garden table with six chairs or relax in one of the four lazy chairs, two lounge chairs, or under the parasol.
For the little ones, there is a foldable baby cot (60x120cm) and a high chair available in this house, and for the pets, which are also welcome, this house offers all the space. You may bring two loyal four-legged friends.
Parking is no problem with space for two cars directly at the house. Thus, this holiday home is the perfect base for a relaxing stay with the whole family.

Oostkapelle is located on Walcheren, a peninsula in the Dutch province of Zeeland. A holiday home in Oostkapelle is the ideal place to unwind. This cozy village is situated in the middle of nature, surrounded by forests, dunes, and meadows. Just a few minutes away, you will find the beautiful beach, perfect for long beach walks or a refreshing swim.
In the village itself, you will find all the amenities for a relaxing stay. Fresh bread is available at the local bakery, and for daily groceries, you can visit the supermarket. There are also several restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local specialties. And don't forget to grab an ice cream at one of the cozy ice cream parlors! From your holiday home, you can also make beautiful bike rides through the area. Discover picturesque villages, historic towns, and enjoy the peace and space.
Walcheren has something for everyone. Nature lovers can indulge in the dunes and nature areas such as the Manteling of Walcheren. Here you will find high dunes, wet dune valleys, and dry grass dune lands. Prefer to seek out the hustle and bustle? Then visit one of the nice towns on Walcheren. Capital Middelburg, maritime city Vlissingen, historic Veere, and the tourist attraction Domburg are definitely worth a visit with their historic centers, beautiful shops, and cozy terraces.
