This luxurious holiday home has everything you need to have a perfect holiday by the sea. The attractive house is completely sustainable, the electricity is generated by solar panels and the house and the water are heated by a heat pump. As soon as you enter the house you will experience the warm luxurious atmosphere. The open kitchen with cooking island is a real eye-catcher and is fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal. At the round dining table you can enjoy the food together or just sit down for a while. The sofa invites you to sink into the flat screen TV. The pleasant underfloor heating makes this house very suitable for cold days, but also during a cool summer evening. From the living room you can walk straight into the large garden. Enjoy the sounds of nature or a delicious drink from the lounge sofa. Enjoy a delicious meal from the garden table. There is a trampoline for children, on which they can enjoy themselves to their heart's content. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, the bathroom and a 2nd toilet. The master bedroom has a luxurious bed with topper (160x200). The children's bedroom has room for 3/4 children and has a box bed (140x200) and a WOOOD sofa bed (90x200) with a pull-out bed drawer (80x200). The luxurious bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The house has space for 2 cars. There is also a charging station where electric cars can be charged. All travel companions must be at least 25 years of age or older. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. It is not allowed to make bookings other than for recreational purposes.
