House:
Beautifully located apartment for 6 people at the marina Marina Port Zélande with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Only for rent/bookable for tourist purposes and/or recreational use. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a spacious dining area. Television with Sonos Dolby Surround. The luxury kitchen is equipped with a nice bar to sit at. Beautiful view of the harbor from the living room. Located directly on the pedestrian boulevard. The apartment is very suitable for a family with children, because of its layout and its location next to the Center Parcs Port Zélande complex. You and your children can use all activities and facilities. (There is a fee to use the pool at Port Zélande) There are plenty of parking spaces, you just need to register with the harbor master. If you drive through the barriers, your license plate will be registered and if you report to the harbor master, you can use the parking spaces. You can unload your car on arrival and load it again in front of the apartment on departure but for the rest of your stay the car must be parked in the general parking spaces. The location is unique - the apartment is beautifully situated in one of the most beautiful locations of Port Zélande with the Grevelingenmeer and the North Sea beach within walking distance. From the entrance you have a view of the Brouwersdam with the North Sea behind it, where you can regularly spot seals. At the beaches you can enjoy walking, cycling, surfing, diving and swimming.
