Ideal for 2 families who want to holiday together and appreciate their own privacy, but also for friends who want to be together. one of the cottages has a modern new hot tub in the garden that you can use for a fee. The seawall borders the front gardens and this makes the location of the houses unique! The villages of Paesens-Moddergat are located right on the UNESCO World Heritage site of De Waddenzee. You can enjoy beautiful walks behind the Waddenzeedijk and the Wadloopcentrum is just around the corner. Both cottages are suitable for 4 people. The cottages have been completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences. During the renovation, the characteristic elements have been preserved and nothing has changed on the outside. The atmosphere and nostalgia of the past, combined with the conveniences and comfort of today. Everything you need is available and both cottages are equipped with luxury equipment and an extensive kitchen. The cottages have underfloor heating, solar panels and are extremely sustainably furnished and renovated.
