This building is located in a seaside area right next to a sandy beach, so guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the water from their balcony. It only takes a minute to walk to the seashore, making it a great place to relax for couples, parents with children, as well as friends planning a leisurely getaway. The nearest grocery store is just a 2-minute walk away, allowing you to conveniently stock up on food essentials. There is also no shortage of restaurants and cafes in the area - the nearest food facility is only a 3-minute walk from the property. On the other hand, in 7 minutes you can walk to the nearby water park, where a bowling alley is also available. Lovers of tourist attractions can see the lighthouse located on the coast - the route to it takes only 3 minutes. Near it is also located a vantage point for admiring the picturesque and charming seascape. It takes only 6 minutes to reach the market by car. A parking space in the underground garage hall is available to visitors.

This stylish and modern apartment is designed for four people. It has a wonderful sea view to offer visitors, which can be viewed from the furnished balcony. It is a perfect location for business and leisure travelers. Garden furniture has been set up on the balcony, which is accessible from the living room and bedroom, so visitors can enjoy meals and snacks outdoors. This is a great place for those who want to have their morning coffee in a friendly atmosphere. The living room has a double corner sofa bed in dark blue. Also available here is a large television with access to terrestrial channels, a table and a dining table with chairs. The possibility of comfortably preparing meals is taken care of by a functionally equipped kitchenette - it houses, among other things, a capsule coffee machine, a kettle and a washing machine. In the bedroom stands a capacious closet and a comfortable double bed, as well as a desk, which allows for convenient remote work. The bathroom can offer a shower, welcome toiletries and a hairdryer. Pets are accepted here for an additional fee.
