The property has an excellent location - it takes only a 15-minute walk to reach the sandy beach in Dziwnów! Guests can fully enjoy the charms of the city here - literally everything is at your fingertips. Just a few steps are enough to hit the restaurants with fried fish straight from the cutter, charming cafes and stalls with ice cream or waffles. Enthusiasts of active recreation can explore the Polish coast using the direct bicycle path to Dziwnówek or Miedzywodzie. In addition, during the summer season, there are attractive events in Dziwnów, which will make the time of holidaymakers more pleasant and allow them to experience the unforgettable atmosphere of a vacation by the Baltic Sea! The SPA is located in the garage area next to the river - to enter the SPA area you must use the chip attached to the apartment keys.

One of its greatest advantages is a spacious 80m² terrace equipped with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee accompanied by a beautiful view or relax in the fresh air after an eventful day! The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. Extremely functional space can conveniently serve as a workplace during business trips or a relaxing place to stay during a holiday by the sea. The unique design focuses on universal modernity and a high standard of comfort. Amenities include proven solutions that improve the quality of your stay: multimedia (fast Wi-Fi network, flat-screen TV), household appliances (coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine) and a welcome package of basic necessities (cosmetics, towels, bed linen). Guests traveling by car can park for free in the underground garage. (The remote control opens the barrier to the parking lot, where there is a parking space assigned to the apartment).
