DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND AREA:
This spacious, two-level Apartment is located in charming Dziwnów, on Wybrzeze Kosciuszkowskie Street. The apartment is located in a closed housing estate with a wonderful view of the Wrzosowska Bay. Dziwnów has all the advantages of seaside towns. The fishing harbour, where, if you are lucky, you can buy fresh fish, is 750 m from the Apartment. It is also the perfect place to admire the colourful fishing boats and see what professional fishing equipment looks like. Sailing enthusiasts will reach the Dziwnów Harbour in about a 2-minute walk. Those who do not have their own sailing boat can take advantage of one of the offers for a boat cruise on the sea and lagoon. About a 6-minute walk separates the facility from a beautiful, wide beach, which remains uncrowded even in high season. Fans of coastal walks will reach the Dziwnów promenade in about 10 minutes. The seaside scenery and the beautiful and naturally rich park surroundings, as well as the proximity of cycle paths are the main attractions of the area. In addition to its natural and touristic qualities, Dziwnów has a wide range of service and commercial facilities. This unique, two-level Apartment is 61 m² in size and has the capacity to accommodate 6 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, balcony, bedroom with mezzanine and bathroom with shower. The interior is spacious and functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests. A comfortable stay is ensured by a well-equipped kitchenette, which gives you the opportunity to prepare home-cooked meals. The living room is an excellent space for relaxation, with additional sleeping space for two thanks to the sofa bed. The balcony, which overlooks the bay, adds a unique charm, and with the garden furniture you can comfortably enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. A staircase from the living room leads to a spacious, cosy bedroom with a mezzanine floor, which provides comfortable sleeping space for 4 people. The focal point is the large king size bed, which is the focal point for relaxation and sleep. In addition, two beds are available - one of which is located on the mezzanine. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen TV, as well as free Wi-Fi access. An additional asset of the apartment is a washing machine, which will increase comfort during longer stays.
