BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:

This modern apartment located in the Garnizon housing estate, in the fashionable, dynamically developing district of Gdansk Wrzeszcz, where modern buildings arise next to historic buildings. Using the public transport, Sopot can be reached in 25 minutes and the Gdansk’s Old Town in 35 minutes. The Brzezno beach is 5 km away from the apartment.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

Apartment is modern, comfortable and designed for a maximum of four people. The living space consists of a living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The space is very functional, having a comfortable double bed, a double sofa bed, a work space and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment has contemporary character thanks to stylish décor with warm wooden elements and a wide range of amenities. The amenities include a free Wifi connection, a flat-screen TV, and extensive kitchen and bathroom equipment (e.g. a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine). Guests can relax on a private glass-paneled balcony fitted with garden furniture. In the garage hall, guests can park on a privately assigned spot, which is an important convenience during the tourist season.
