DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND SURROUNDINGS:

The modern flats are located in the Browar Gdanski estate, a unique project harmoniously combining historic buildings with modern architecture of a high standard, in the neighbourhood of the green Kuzniczki Park with a playground for children. The trendy, rapidly developing Wrzeszcz district, where history meets modernity, is reminiscent of London suburbs in style. The district's dynamic development is conducive to new service and business investments. One such investment is Galeria Metropolia (200 m from the development), which, in addition to shops and an excellent food hall, has a large cinema complex and a viewing terrace. Other two shopping centres are within a 10-minute (Galeria Baltycka) and 15-minute (Manhattan Shopping Centre) walk. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The Superior Studio Apartments at Browar Gdanski are modern, comfortable accommodation for up to two people. The flats are particularly popular during business trips. They owe their popularity to the high functionality of the spatial solutions and the stylish, new furnishings. Each studio has a flexible bed layout (two single beds which can be combined into one double bed), a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area with table and chairs and a private bathroom. In addition, each studio has a private balcony. The interior finishes focus on the aesthetics of the décor and meeting the needs of guests. A comprehensive set of amenities includes multimedia - free high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV - as well as essential appliances: induction hob, microwave and hairdryer. Guests travelling by car can park on the estate or reserve a space in the underground garage (PLN 30 per day).

The offer applies to several flats of equal standard. Each flat has the same furnishings, but may differ in finish and decor. Not all flats are located in the same building.
