DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA

The apartment is located in an attractive location, in a dynamically developing part of Gdansk. The unique location of the apartment in a seaside district means that guests can enjoy the advantages of living in the city, and at the same time not give up the proximity of the Polish sea and beautiful sandy beaches. Kolobrzeska Street connects the Oliwa Business Center with Park Regan. This is one of the most famous parks in Gdansk, offering barbecue areas, a paddock for animals and playgrounds for children. The neighborhood also guarantees quick and easy access to commercial and service premises that meet all everyday needs. The attractiveness of the facility is also influenced by the proximity of the famous pier in Brzezno and the beautiful sandy beach, as well as the longest block of flats in Poland located nearby at Obronców Wybrzeza Street.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment has an area of 32 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, an open kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The bright décor and comfortable furnishings create a homely atmosphere. A wide selection of necessary household items ensures a comfortable stay. A fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher and induction hob will make it easier to prepare your favorite meals. The multimedia package includes a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. To help start each stay, free toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided. We invite guests traveling with their pets, because it is a pet-friendly apartment. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, which will be appreciated by families with small children or people planning a longer stay.
