DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND ITS SURROUNDINGS:

The apartment is located in Gdansk Wrzeszcz - the city's business district - in a modern apartment building. This elegant multi-storey building was built with functionality in mind - all the flats have large windows with a fantastic view of the city skyline - definitely an asset of this building. The Wrzeszcz district is a part of Gdansk that combines urban planning with proximity to green recreational areas. After a busy day in the city, guests can relax in the greenery of the extensive park surrounding the building. The immediate surroundings provide for all daily needs, with numerous shopping and dining options. The nearest restaurant is 180m from the apartment and the nearest grocery store is 270m away. A shopping centre with a wide range of shops is just 400m away.
The area is an excellent base for exploring the Tricity thanks to the well developed public transport network. Many nearby bus stops and the SKM train station allow guests to reach the historic Old Town or Sopot in 15 minutes, and the beach in Brzezno in less than 30 minutes.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FLAT:

The apartment is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people - ideal for group stays with family or friends. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The interior is decorated in a modern style and the muted colours make it easy to relax after an eventful day. The light colours that dominate the apartment make it feel very cosy and stylish at the same time, emphasising the high standard of the apartment. The balcony on the 12th floor offers a magnificent panorama of Gda?sk. Large windows fill the room with natural light, giving the interior a bright feel. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a comfortable double sofa bed. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The living room also has a flat screen TV with cable access - the perfect place to relax and unwind. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher) ensure a comfortable stay. Multimedia facilities include a large flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and bed linen are provided to start each stay. Parents travelling with a child can also book a cot for their little one. The apartment has been meticulously decorated, with a modern and attractive design that will appeal to the most discerning of tastes.
