BUILDING AND NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:

The building is located in close proximity to the Old Town of Gdansk. It is located right next to the New Motlawa river. The neighborhood is full of greenery and fully enhances the charm of this coastal city. This is an ideal option for those who appreciate quiet without having to give up big-city amenities. The historic surroundings are a great asset for those who appreciate historic fortifications or the history of Polish river shipping. Art lovers are recommended to visit the nearby Laznia 1 Contemporary Art Center, which is located a few minutes from the apartment. The distance to the greatest attractions of Gdansk's Old Town can be covered on foot in just fifteen minutes. Gdansk's Old Town is full of restaurants, museums and various shopping and service outlets. Not far from the apartment you can find a stop of the Zrogi Kruk water streetcar, which can take you all the way to the Westerplatte. In addition, the place is perfectly communicated with the rest of Gdansk - the nearest bus stop Kamienna Grobla 01 is just a minute from the apartment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:

The apartment is located on the second floor in a building with elevator access. Its decor is modern, and the place itself can be described as cozy and tastefully decorated. It can accommodate four people, so it is an ideal option for families or groups traveling together. Two beds are located in the bedroom on a double double bed, and another two in the living room on a double sofa bed. You can prepare a delicious meal using the induction cooktop located in the kitchenette, as well as an oven or microwave. Don't worry about washing dishes either, as a dishwasher is also available in the annex. During the warmer day, coffee brewed in the capsule coffee maker can be enjoyed on the furnished balcony belonging to the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washer/dryer, towels and a set of free toiletries. The apartment is suitable for those working remotely - a desk with a chair can be found in the bedroom, and a high-speed WiFi connection is available in all rooms. An additional multimedia asset is a flat-screen TV with Internet TV access. The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage. Guests traveling with pets are welcome, an additional fee applies.
