BUILDING AND NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:

The building is located on Jana Pawla II Avenue in Gdansk. There are many restaurants, pastry shops and various retail and service outlets nearby. On the opposite side of the street is a complex of stores, including drugstores and popular grocery stores. The neighborhood is extremely green and is sure to appeal to big-city nature and art enthusiasts. It only takes a few steps to reach the John Paul II Park, where one can find a year-round outdoor sculpture gallery, numerous recreational paths and places for the youngest. It's the perfect place for a Sunday stroll or a morning jog. Only a ten-minute drive is enough to reach the Beach in Brzezno and the adjacent Reagan Park, and ten to reach the Polsat Plus Sport Arena stadium. The neighborhood is well connected to the rest of the city, the nearest bus stop Rzeczypospolitej 02 is located right next to the building. Throughout the Tri-City you can get around using the Rapid Urban Rail, the nearest station of which is Zaspa just fifteen minutes from the building.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The stylish apartment is located on the second floor in a building with elevator access. It can accommodate up to six people, so it is an ideal option for groups or families traveling together. The entire apartment is decorated in pastel colors, and the furnishings are modern and practical. The first bedroom has a large kingsize double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Additional accommodation is provided by a double sofa bed located in the living room. The kitchenette is fully equipped - an induction hob, microwave and electric oven will certainly come in handy when preparing a delicious meal. Don't worry about washing dishes either, as a dishwasher is also available in the annex. Adjoining the apartment's spacious, furnished balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee prepared in the capsule coffee machine during the warmer day. You can also dine there together while enjoying the beautiful weather. The elegant bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels and a set of free toiletries. The washing machine is located in the hall closet. The apartment has access to all multimedia amenities, including a high-speed WiFi connection and a flat-screen TV with terrestrial TV access. There is no parking space attached to the apartment. Guests traveling with pets are welcome - an additional fee applies.
