DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND AREA:
This unique apartment is located in a closed development in Gdansk, on Opacka Street. The development offers playgrounds, an outdoor gym or bicycle racks. The location in a quiet part of the city allows you to avoid the crowds of tourists, while still having access to all the attractions of Gdansk. The nature-rich surroundings are an undoubted advantage of the location. Just 300 m from the apartment is the beautiful Oliwa Park, next to which, in one of the buildings of the Abbey, is the National Museum. A little further away is the entrance to the forest (900 m), which invites you with its many walking and cycling paths. In addition, in a short distance - about 8 minutes by car we can reach the Gdansk Zoo. The location is well connected to the rest of the city. Thanks to the nearby bus and tram stops and Gdansk Oliwa railway station (950 m), residents have guaranteed access to the most important attractions of Gdansk. By city transport, the Main City (Neptune's Fountain, Long Trag) can be reached in about 40 minutes. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the beautiful sandy beach with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The KITCHEN, equipped with high-quality household appliances, gives you the opportunity to prepare home-cooked meals. The spacious bedroom, equipped with a double sofa bed, provides a comfortable space to relax after a challenging day. In addition, thanks to a developed space with a desk, it is possible to work or study comfortably at the computer. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen TV, as well as free Wi-Fi access.
