DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND SURROUNDINGS:
The apartment is situated in the trendiest district of Gdansk, on the border of the city and the sea — at 6A Lecha Kaczynskiego Street. This is an excellent location for those looking for a place to relax or work remotely. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach (700m in a straight line) and only 30 meters from the largest park in the Tri-City area — Reagan Park. A city bike station is right next to the building, just 10 meters away. The park offers numerous bike paths, rollerblading trails, and jogging routes, as well as spots for barbecues and bonfires. The area offers many attractions that will make your stay enjoyable. The neighborhood is known for its many cafes and excellent restaurants, offering both local and international cuisine, with a particular emphasis on fresh fish. Numerous shops and service points meet all daily needs—the nearest grocery store and bakery are just 20 meters from the building. The location is also an ideal base for exploring the Tri-City area, with a well-developed public transportation network allowing easy access to the center of Gdansk and Sopot. Using public transport, you can reach the Old Town in 50 minutes and Sopot in just 25 minutes.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
This modern and cozy apartment, with an area of 43 m², can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. Additionally, the living room can be separated from the kitchen by fully sliding doors, creating a third independent room. The homely and elegant interior is complemented by comprehensive amenities and high-quality kitchen and bathroom equipment — everything you need is already in place. The apartment is dual-aspect with views of the green surroundings. Both bedrooms have desks, which, combined with the available WiFi network, make it an excellent option for those looking for a place to work remotely. Additionally, 20 meters from the building, there is a 24-hour guarded parking lot (extra charge applies).
Please note that work is underway to paint the facade of the building, we apologize for any inconvenience and noise. The work will continue until the end of October.
