BUILDING AND NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:

This comfortable apartment is located in Gdansk at 90C Piastowska Street. In front of the building there are two car charging stations. The location is great - there is a sandy beach (Jelitkowo Beach) just 1.2 km from the building! Guests can even enjoy the sea view from the balcony. There are also two parks in the area - Park Przymorze (600 m) and Reagan Park (500 m). Both are excellent locations for a morning jog or an evening stroll in nature. You can also find many paths for bicycles and joggers, as well as places for barbecues and bonfires. An ideal location for families with children, there are many playgrounds in the parks.
The green and peaceful area is, in a word, the perfect choice for a relaxing stay. In the area you can meet all your daily needs: the nearest grocery store is only 250 m from the building, and many atmospheric restaurants and cafes are waiting to be discovered, such as Asia Hoanmy (250 m) or Pizzeria Rogata (850 m).
This location can also be a great base for exploring the rest of the Tri-City, as the public transportation network here is very well developed - there are many bus and streetcar stops in the area, as well as a train station just 1.6 km from the apartment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:

The apartment with an area of 46 m2 is designed for 4 people. The modern and spacious interior is designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The apartment has two separate rooms, a balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom. One bedroom is spacious and bright, with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. This bedroom has direct access to a furnished balcony, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a busy day. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, table and chairs, dresser and TV. The second bedroom is also, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed providing accommodation for two, a chest of drawers a desk with an armchair and a large window that illuminates the interior. A separate, fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove and microwave allows you to conveniently prepare meals for the whole family. The apartment's bathroom is elegant, finished in bright colors. There is a spacious shower cubicle, a sink with a large mirror and a toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and drawers for storing essentials.
