THE BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:
An atmospheric apartment located in the Redlowo district, in a very convenient location at Legionów Street in Gdynia. The flat is located in close proximity to the Experyment Science Centre (550 metres) and the Gdynia Arena Stadium (1.5 km). At a distance of 2.5 km lies the Garden of Lights in Gdynia - a fairy-tale light exhibition. The surroundings of the facility allow you to enjoy the advantages of the seaside city, while being away from the crowds of tourists. The location combines the advantages of the metropolis with the proximity of nature - the huge green oasis created by Kepa Redlowska is about 15 minutes' walk from the flat. One of the biggest attractions of Redlowo is the cliff - the steep sea shore of Kepa Redlowska (2.2 km from the property). The John Paul II Avenue with its many attractions (the Dar Pomorza Museum, the Gdynia Aquarium MIR, the Marina) and the city beach can be reached in 10 minutes. The well-developed road infrastructure facilitates quick access to the centre of Gdynia, as well as to Gdansk and Sopot (Redlowo Station 450 m). Nearby we can find restaurants and cafes: Silver Star Restaurant (650 m) and Park Cafe (300 m). Grocery shopping can be done in Zabka, which is located in the same building, and in Biedronka, which is just around the corner (190 m). It is 3.8 km to the main railway station and the bus station in Gdynia.

This spacious, 57 m² Apartment provides accommodation for 4 people, making it ideal for families with children or a group of friends. It is a great option for business travellers as well as for a holiday stay by the sea. It consists of a living room with access to the balcony, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave) allows you to prepare home-cooked meals, which can be enjoyed at the table, located in the living room. In addition, guests can enjoy the taste of morning coffee prepared in the available coffee machine. The balcony is the perfect place for this, where a cup of espresso or a glass of wine will taste even better. The bright décor of the living room is perfect for relaxing. It is also an extra sleeping space for two people (2 single sofas). The bedroom is a comfortable rest area with a comfortable double bed, as well as a separate area for working at the desk. One of the perks to improve comfort, especially for longer stays, is the washing machine. For a good start, we provide guests with free toiletries, towels and bed linen. Apartment owners are welcome to bring their pets with them (additional fee applies). An unquestionable advantage of the flat is the guaranteed parking space in the underground garage (the entrance to the garage is 2 m high).
