The apartment complex is situated in a quiet area, about 1 km from the beautiful sandy seaside beach. The location in close proximity to the transfer center enables excellent communication with the entire Kolobrzeg, as well as other towns and resorts in the region. Nearby, there is a fishing base and a fish market, where you can get fresh fish every day, straight from the cutter. Smoked fish and various fish preserves are also available. Comfortable, year-round apartments located in a modern building, in a guarded and monitored estate. Each apartment consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven), bedroom and bathroom (shower, washing machine). The apartment is located on the ground floor and apart from the covered terrace it has a small garden for the exclusive use. A set of garden furniture awaits there. There are also sun loungers. The apartment complex has a public sauna complex (dry and steam sauna) and a room with fitness equipment. The use of the saunas and the fitness room is free of charge. The complex has an attractive and safe playground. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, WiFi internet. Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The apartment is located in such a place that you can conveniently get from here both to the quieter beach on the west bank of the river (Parseta), as well as the louder beach on the eastern bank of the river, where more attractions (water sports, etc.) await. The biggest attraction of the Kolobrzeg health resort is undoubtedly the wide, sandy seaside beach. In addition, there are many walking routes in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, along the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, visiting the oceanarium, seaport and cathedral. Attractions in the neighborhood: for families with children, we recommend visiting the Pomerania Fun Park. It is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (about 15 km from Kolobrzeg). It offers numerous carousels and trampolines. There is a Viking village, a petting zoo and much more. In Kolobrzeg, it is also worth going to an Indian village, where you can get to know the regions of the cultures of the indigenous people of North America. Within 500 meters from the apartment complex there is a marina where you can rent water sports equipment, as well as the Milenium sports complex with an indoor swimming pool with attractions and tennis courts. There is also a canoe rental on the bank of the river (Parseta). The R-10 international bicycle route runs through the resort, making it easy and pleasant to visit the neighboring towns by bike: Grzybowo, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.
