The owner has an apartment in a smaller part of the house (separate entrance), and the entire remaining, larger part of the building is available to guests. Perfect location, 100 m from the seaside beach, surrounded by a forest. It is a rather quiet area, on the outskirts of the Mielno resort. You can count on a relaxing stay here. The fenced property (1,000 m2) is at the shared disposal of guests and the owner, although the owner of the facility tries not to enter part of the guests' area unnecessarily. The comfortable villa has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious room serving as a kitchen (very well equipped), a dining room and a living room where you can relax by the fireplace (wood included), watching TV or playing board games. This room has direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
