DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA AND BUILDING:
This unique flat is located in the heart of Mielno - right on the promenade, where you can find the famous Walrus, an inseparable symbol of the town. The location is ideal to enjoy all the advantages of this lively seaside town. The surrounding area is buzzing with café and restaurant life, giving guests the opportunity to experience the local culinary scene. There is a restaurant serving Polish cuisine in the same building and a charming café nearby - all within walking distance. Holidaymakers will appreciate the proximity of the beautiful sandy beach, which is only about 90m from the flat. Numerous shopping and service outlets cater for all daily needs - the nearest supermarket is only 400m from the building.
FLAT DESCRIPTION:
The flat sleeps four, so would be ideal for families or friends travelling together. It is located close to the town beach. There is a living room, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a beautiful bathroom equipped with a shower and washing machine, as well as a kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. In the living area you will find a satellite TV and a comfortable sofa bed. A spacious dining table and a high-speed internet connection can come in handy for those working remotely. Practical amenities such as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also available. The flat has an assigned parking space located in an underground garage in the same building. The flat is accessed by a winding staircase and is therefore not suitable for people with disabilities. The place is pet friendly (additional fee applies).
