The location of Mrzezyno at the mouth of the Rega River is a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. The dominant fish in the Rega waters are: roach, pike, sea trout and salmon. The second larger fishing spot in the area is Lake Resko Przymorskie, only 5 km from Mrzezyno.
