Villa is located on a slope with breathtaking view to the lake. You can find a lot of picturesque restored buildings in our village and villages surrounding the lake. Nature untouched by civilization. Only a few kilometers away from our village you can find an indoor swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, horseback riding. Marked bike trails and playground nearby. Lakes in our municipality are covered by the zone of silence. Ideal conditions for relaxation, swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, nordic walking, , horse riding, for photo enthusiasts and these just exploring nature. 2 cozy apartments and 3 family suites to rent in Villa facing the lake. Comfortable equiped, rustically furnished, bathrooms, TV, WiFi and lake view. Adults and teenagers from 12 Years old are invited Open: May-October Guests are offered 3 rooms on the first floor and 2 apartments on the ground floor and in the garden. High standard, rustic furnishings. All rooms have a lake view, TV, WiFi . All equped with tea/koffee making facilities, fridge. The bathrooms have showers, wash basins, toilet, electric dryer for towels, hair dryers. Our HOLIDAY SUITES for 2/3 persons are located on first floor and have beautifull panorama view of the lake. Each suite consist of; living/sleeping room with bathroom. There is separate sleeping area for 2 and sofa bed in living space. Bathroom; Shower, WC, electric towel dryer, hair dryer. For our guests on the grounds: garden, grass lawn right by the lake ideal for sunbathing/tanning and relaxing, water platform, beach/deck chairs, umbrellas, sunbeds. Parking on the grounds. Outside area on several levels; stairs from the parking lot to the house and the stairs from the garden to the lake. Please note that this accommodation is a guest room. Please note that the access to the house is only via an unpaved road (gravel road, approx. 400m). You have four bicycles and a rowing boat for free use. Also free parking, WiFi and beach equipment; sun beds, umbrellas We have a pier and direct access to the water for swimmers. The distance to the village beach is 300m. Use a gentle descent to get to the grass beach and water from the road. Shallow water a dozen meters from the shore. Shops, pharmacy, restaurants are approx. 3.5 km away.
