Our summer house is located on the Szczecin Bay 100m from the waterfront.Drive route Szczecin-Swinoujscie and turn right na Reclaw( Goleniów), after 28 km pass Stepnice and drive direction Czarnocin.After 7 km you will see KOPICE, turn left to the yelow road 100 m and follow to LATARNIK, KAPITANSKA STREET. Our holiday home is a perfect place for all people loving nature and water sports. Our home is located in a small village named Kopice. Here you will find a peace and quiet place in nature. The close forests, meadows and various bird species (including few rare specimens) will help enjoying your relaxing time.Terrein is protected by monitoring. A short trip with kayaks or canoes is a great opportunity to practice sport and to explore the wonderful Szczecin Bay. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace with view on the Szczecin Bay. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a large balcony. In the garden there is a private playground, grill&viewing platform. You will find enough place to relax and enjoy the nature. Water activies (kayaks, canoes, pedalos, boats) available 100m away in the small marina Small grocer's shop 2,2km Supermarket, Petrol station, pharmacy- 8 km Guests have the entire fenced and monitored property for exclusive use. There is a safe with a code at the gate with the keys. If you are with a dog, there is a fee for a dog.Dog cannot stay in the house alone.
