Garden Hill’s Duplex has 2 bedrooms; 1 ensuite with a double bed and another with 2 single beds and TV. There’s also a second bathroom with shower. The comfortable living room is totally equipped with a flat-screen TV, soundbar, Cable TV and dining area. Free Wifi is also featured.
The fully equipped, ample kitchen has all the utilities needed including microwave, built-in oven, and full-size fridge/freezer. Appliances include a toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric juicer for making delicious fresh juice from the Algarve’s oranges.

The living room has a charming balcony overlooking the iconic Old Town, which can be viewed while you are having your breakfast and morning coffee.
Decking and lounge chairs surround the outdoor adjoining pools, one, especially for children. It is a great spot to sit and sun, relax and read or take a dip in the pool to cool off.

The Apartment is 400 meters from Peneco's Beach and 600 meters from Fishermen’s Beach and is ideal for those who want to have a car-free holiday because everything is within walking distance. Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shopping, as well as many other services such as pharmacies, doctors, are all nearby. The taxi stand, bus stop and Hop On - Hop Off Albufeira Bus drop, are a five-minute walk. Dedicated parking spots in front of the condominium building are always available for guests with cars. Famous beaches such as Salgados, Galé and São Rafael are only a ten- minute drive away.

Watersports on the beaches, horse-riding, and the most wonderful walking country all within easy reach. The Algarve Shopping and famous restaurants for the Chicken Piri-Piri and other famous beaches such as Salgados, Galé, São Rafael are only 8-10 minutes’ drive.

Albufeira Council charges a 2€ fee per person for tourists' overnight stays in the municipality, for every stay between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or more. The amount will be requested, a couple of days before arrival.
