Description
This villa is 600 metres from the sea and within walking distance (1km) of the beach and the village Atalaia with all the necessary amenities.
The villa has a nice terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, a private pool and a beautifully laid-out garden with a barbecue.
The villa is spread over two floors and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a guest WC. The bedrooms are all on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. The ground floor has a spacious living room with a dining table and a sitting corner with a flatscreen TV and a DVD home cinema system. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, oven, microwave and ceramic hob. There is also an entrance hall and there is a guest WC.
It is less than 30km to five golf courses, including the number one in Portugal "Praia D'el Rei". Nearby you can visit the old fortified town of Obidos and other picturesque places such as Torres Vedras and Peniche. It is a good 45 minutes by car to the beautiful capital Lisbon and just an hour to Sintra. There is a surf school 5km away and there are perfect surfing beaches 1.5km and 15km away. There are beautiful wine routes in the area, such as Obidos and Oeste. Other sports nearby include swimming, snorkelling, fishing, paragliding, windsurfing etc. The village of Atalaia is within walking distance ad has all the necessary amenities, such as shops and restaurants, an ATM. Lourinha is just 3km away and also has supermarkets, a market, various restaurants, banks, museums etc. The villa is in surroundings characterised by agriculture, gardening and poultry raising. 8 km from the house, you'll find, the largest dinosaur park of Europe, open since March 2018, ideal for an unusual and unique excursion.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Free wireless Internet access and a washing machine are available. The pool can be heated. The outside temperatures can swing very high in the off-season. If the outside temperature drops too low at night or during the day, eg. Below 13°C, we can not guarantee that the water temperature can be heated to a comfortable temperature. Please check the weather forecasts before ordering the heater. Once the heating is turned on, it will be calculated.
