It can be occupied by 3 adults and a baby / child. There is 1 baby cot and 1 extra bed. Bus to the door! Only +/- 15 minutes to reach the historical centers of Porto and Gaia.

Very close to the center of Vila Nova de Gaia and the port, yet nestled in a beautiful natural landscape with fantastic views over the Douro River.

Direct walk from the house to the river Douro.

Guest access:
Everything outside space and garden.

Your privacy is fully respected.

IMPORTANT:
There is no separate kitchen.
It is an open space in the living room.

There is no oven. However, you will find a microwave, electric coffee maker, tea, coffee and a welcome basket with breakfast items.

There are conditions to prepare small meals and light meals.
