The Serra da Estrela National Park is about 30 minutes by car. The region is a paradise for those seeking tranquility, hikers and nature lovers. The semi-detached holiday home is located together with 4 other holiday homes and a few camping pitches on Quinta do Retiro. There is a beautifully landscaped ecological swimming pool for shared use, filled with water from its own source. Due to natural filtering, this is clear bathing water. Next to the pool is a sun terrace with a bar (self-service). For the children there is a play area with a sandbox, a swing, a slide and a trampoline. On the quinta are many fruit trees, olives and grapevines.
