The Praia da Rocha Beach Apartment new fully furnished apartment (studio) is designed in a modern and minimalist style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for every guest. Focusing on your comfort, the cozy apartment (31 m²) is ideal for 2 people. The apartment is located on the underground floor. The configuration of apartments is as follows: a living room with a full-size bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables, Smart TV LED - 32'' (YouTube and Netflix it’s free for our guests), a dining table that can also be used as a workplace, a bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom with a modern shower cabin, a toilet and a sink. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including a stove, a fridge, a water kettle, a coffee machine, etc. The kitchen is also equipped with modern crockery and kitchen utensils. For the convenience of our guests, the apartment has a common area there is a modern washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing facilities. Our apartment is equipped with the air conditioner, which can be used for both cooling and heating. What is available to the guests: Our apartments offer high-speed Internet - up to 500 Mb, WI-FI is free for our guests. We provide each guest linens and a set of towels, including a towel for the beach. To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use blinds; the control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms. Parking: There is free parking on the territory of the residential complex (subject to availability). Check-in: Our guests can independently choose a contactless check-in or a meeting in our apartments. You will receive check-in instructions 1 day before arrival. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m, check-out time until 11:00 a.m. If you need early check-in and late check-out, let us know. Note: The apartments are located on the Praia Da Rocha promenade, in the heart of the nightlife and entertainment scene. This housing is not suitable for people who value silence. The first aid kit in apartment is equipped with thermometer and all the necessities. The apartments are equipped with a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket. The easiest way of getting around in Portimão is either walking or renting a car. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our car rental partners - they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best options. Rule of residence: For our guests we use self-check-in. Guests will receive detailed instructions 1 day in advance for check-in via website chat and email.
