Villa Matilde and Joaquim offer a cozy and charming studio apartment located on the ground floor, complete with a private porch, garden, and spectacular sea views. The studio features a comfortable bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The bright common area is perfect for relaxing or working, with a desk, chair, and both wired internet and fast Wi-Fi. The apartment is thoughtfully designed, with a library corner that enhances the inviting atmosphere and offers views of the picturesque village of Porto da Cruz and the ocean. On the private porch, guests can unwind and enjoy the stunning natural landscape, with the soothing sound of the sea in the background. The outdoor living area includes a barbecue and seating, ideal for dining al fresco while taking in the magnificent views of the surrounding environment. Villa Matilde and Joaquim consists of two apartments: a T0 studio and a T2 apartment located on the first floor. Situated on the northwest coast of Madeira in the village of Porto da Cruz, the villa is perfectly positioned between nature and the sea. It's just a short distance from the beach, local shops, and hiking trails that explore the island's beautiful interior. From October 1, 2024, an eco-tourism tax will apply to guests over 13 years of age. Guests can also explore a variety of activities, including 4x4 safaris, boat trips, canyoning, and coasteering, with private tours available for booking.
