Description

This holiday apartment enjoys an excellent location in the old town centre, in the historical Porto district, whose cultural heritage is protected by UNESCO. The apartment is on the second floor of a three-storey house. You can enjoy a glass of wine on the little furnished balcony. There are free parking spaces on the street or next to the apartment. The owners speak Portuguese, English, Spanish and German and are available to assist with any queries. The apartment was renovated in May 2017 and provides 52m² of space for six people. It has a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm). The living room has a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed for two people (140 x 200cm), a coffee table and a TV. The kitchen has a dining space with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but a fan is available if required. Near the apartment there are cafés, restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies, a bakery and grocery shops. Owing to the excellent location, you can explore the whole of the town centre and its many places of interest nearby on foot. It is also possible to get around by public transport. Right over the road there is a bus stop and it is a three-minute walk to the metro station, and five minutes to the taxi stand and the train station.
