Description
This house is in a classy residential area, just a few minutes from the long sandy beach of Praia de Mira, in the north of the Coimbra district. It is an area that has not yet been invaded by mass tourism.
The first floor has a balcony and the ground floor has a terrace with terrace furniture and a parasol. There is a 400m² garden with a barbecue. Behind the garden there is also a little lake. Two cars can be parked in front of the house.
The house with 160m² of living space is on two floors of the same size. The ground floor has a living room with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV and DVD player. The dining space has a big dining table for six people. The kitchen is spacious and provides all the basics, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and gas stove. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor, with two single beds (each 90cm wide). The bathroom has a shower, bidet, WC and washbasin. The upper floor has a hallway and two bedrooms with their own bathroom. The beds have mattresses 135cm wide. The bathrooms provide a bath, shower, bidet, WC and washbasin.
It is only a kilometre to the beach with water sports. There is a restaurant just 200 metres away. You can shop within a kilometre.
The house has central heating and all the rooms have radiators. There is no air conditioning, but owing to the climate this is also not necessary. You can used the tennis courts and the swimming pool free of charge.
