In the courtyard, you can find ancient carob trees, pomegranate and fresh passionfruit in its season. A Jacaranda tree offers shade on the large terrace for remote working or cosy brunches. Inside the house, you will find large rooms with plenty of storage, high ceilings and thick walls. Ceiling fans keep the temperature cool while air conditioning is being worked on. The bathrooms are bright and practical for grooming storage and makeup. Solar power provides hot water, and an electric booster can be switched on during cloudy days. The bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets. On the rooftop, you can enjoy the balmy evenings and the beautiful views while having snacks and drinks. The kitchen is large, practical and fully fitted to prepare wonderful meals for many people. You will find two fridges, a freezer and a pantry to store your ingredients for cooking. There is a portable charcoal BBQ and a traditional Pizza Oven in the garden. From Faro airport to Quinta do Pinto is only 30 minutes by car. It is about a 10-minute drive away from Praia do Barril beach and 17 minutes away from the Benamor Golf Club. If you would like to visit Spain, the border is only 35 minutes away. A car is essential in this region… For daily shopping, you can go to the mini Mercado less than 50 meters away. Furthermore, there are large supermarkets nearby, as well as restaurants in Tavira and Olhao. In the spring the almond trees and the mimosa are blooming which fill the air with subtle and sweet smells. If there are ripe fruits in the garden or in the orchard, feel free to pick them. On the land of Quinta do Pinto you can find grapes, almonds, lemons, oranges, olives and even figs. There are tea herbs and fresh lavender that you can use to make drinks. The large pods of the carob trees are collected in September. Johannus bread flour is made from it in the factory.
