Description

The detached holiday home with a private courtyard and patio is situated in a quiet hillside with gorgeous mountain views. It is located in Loma de Albuñuelas, at the heart of the Valle de Lecrín. Loma de Albuñuelas is a privileged and quiet town. The tranquillity is only interrupted by animal noises and delivery drivers arriving with fresh bread, fresh fish from Motril, fruit and vegetables. The house also has a private courtyard with a small pool, which is not suitable for swimming, but ideal for cooling off. The adjacent patio, partially covered by a vine, is furnished with a table and chairs. Pets are not permitted. The house accommodates up to seven people on 140 m² on three floors. The top floor boasts a double bedroom (1.35 m x 1.90m) with a ceiling fan, a wardrobe and a shelve and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a small, covered patio with chairs and a table and sun loungers on this level. A washing machine and an iron are at your disposal in a small utility room. The middle floor has a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms: on with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m), one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each) and a bedroom with a single (0.90 m x 1.90 m), which can accommodate an additional single bed upon request (0.80 m x 1.90 m). All bedrooms also boast a wardrobe. One the ground floor, you can find the fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a nespresso coffee maker. It also boasts a large table which can seat up to ten people. The adjacent living room is furnished with two large sofas in front of the fireplace, a ceiling fan and a digital flat screen television with a DVD player. Internet access is available via a USB stick. It offers a maximum volume of 10 GB of data. Additionally, you will find a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The scenery here is absolutely gorgeous. Discover the vicinity by bike or on foot. The house is near Granada, where you can visit the world famous Alhambra. The coast of Granada (Costa Tropical, 30 minutes), the Sierra Nevada (60 minutes) and the Valley of Lecrin are easily visited from here as well. The area is ideal for hikers. The hiking trail GR7 practically runs past the house. The nearest restaurant, shops and public transport can be found about 1 to 3 km from the property. It is about 6 km to a fishing lake.
