Located in the sea front in Alcanada, this wonderful home will make our guests almost sale the crystalline waters from the cosy and beautiful terrace. Just imagine yourselves every morning by a succulent breakfast next to the sea, listening to the sound of the waves and revelling in the scent of the sea breeze. The apartment is placed between the street and the hill so you can descend right to the beach from the communal garden going down some steps. When you come back, you can use the exterior shower to wash the salt off before going up for lunch or dinner. The inside emanates modernity with a beautiful beach touch, specially the spacious living - dining - kitchen. It is perfect to spend time together while cooking on the ceramic hob, setting the table or watching the satellite TV while eating, or relaxing on the sofa. In the coldest days you can light the fire. Of course, you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation and in order to rest, there are two bedrooms, both with a wardrobe and air conditioning. One has a double bed and the other has a single bed. We will provide you a baby cot and a high chair in case you need any of them. Alcanada is a quiet neighbourhood mainly inhabited by locals that go there to spend their family vacation. In fact, during the summer the area is full of life and it offers all needed services like supermarket, bars and traditional food restaurants. But the best of it all is that beach is just a few steps away. This quiet beach has some sand but lots of pebbles and seaweed. You will be able to swim to the islet in front of it, where you will find a lighthouse that makes this area one of the most beautiful ones in the island. And if you like playing golf, this is the perfect place since one of the best courses in the island is right there boasting wonderful views to the sea, the club of Alcanada.
