A bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (with bathtub) is also on this floor. Just a short walk from Alcanada Beach, known for its tranquil waters and shaded pine trees, the property is ideal for relaxing or swimming to the island. The quiet, family-friendly area has good restaurants and a grocery store. The bustling Port d’Alcúdia with more services and vibrant summer atmosphere is nearby, and the famous Alcanada Golf Course is only 550 meters away.
