"Vida Sana" is a cosy apartment with spectacular and romantic sea views, with a garden with a hammock, in front of the sea and in a peaceful atmosphere. It is ideal for couples and families that want to rest in a quiet area and enjoy the sea and sun.

Vida Sana is located in the luxury and quiet residential area of Alcanada. The apartment is located on the first floor and it has a private parking place and a great garden, just next to the sea. A perfect place to enjoy the breeze at the hammock.

This apartment with plenty of light and well designed has been refurbished in 2010. You can find one bedroom (with a Queen size bed of 180cm x 200 cm), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining Area with place for 4 person and a very comfortable living room. It has a flat satellite TV with international channels and free Wifi.

From the hall you can see the sea but the best place is the 15 sqm terrace with spectacular views to the garden downstairs and specially to the quiet Mediterranean sea of Alcanada. At the terrace youäll find an outdoor dining table, an sunshade and a BBQ to make the nights even more magical.

Vida Sana is located in a residendial area where you can find one of Northern Mallorcas most beautiful natural beach, called Aucanda.
From there you can walk to the manina, the port, the hotel area...

Mallorcas largest beach, Puerto de Alcudia beach, (12 km long) is located just 1,5 km way from the apartment. There you´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba,...., restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.

The marina of Puerto Alcudia is also nearby. There you can have a nice walk watching small traditional fishermen boats and modern luxury yachts. There´s also a handcrafts market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars.

There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia .

If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...
