"Sant Jaume" is a magnificent example of a historic Mallorcan house, preserved with all the elements of the original construction.
It is a spacious home ideal for large families and groups, as it has space for 6 people in its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a large kitchen and living room to accommodate families and groups. In addition to patio, terrace and BBQ.
From the first moment, its magnitude and location are astonishing, since it occupies an entire street, so this house has three facades: on the front street, the entire façade on the side street, and a third façade on the back street. It is through the latter where it is accessed. A patio with a water fountain welcomes us.
The house is located on the first floor. Upon entering, the classic Mallorcan style of this house stands out, which has been so respectful of architecture and local style.
From the hall we can access three of the spacious rooms with their ensuite bathrooms. On the right we find a spacious living room with comfortable seats, TV, SAT TV, WIFI zone and a dining table. Next to the living room we find a fully equipped wooden kitchen that will delight those who enjoy cooking and a very large dining table.
"Sant Jaume" surprises us with a last room in the attic. It is a huge room, with a sofa, a private bathroom and a terrace with stunning views of the city of Alcudia and the bays of Alcudia and Pollença in the background.
Its unbeatable location in the heart of Alcudia, offers the best of both worlds: easy access to restaurants and shops in pedestrian streets and less than 1 km from Alcúdia beach.
Famous for its coastal beauty, Alcudia also prides itself on promoting ecotourism of its varied surroundings, with many well-marked scheduled hiking trails, and San Pere is an ideal starting point.
With the mild climate of Mallorca, these excursions can be enjoyed all year round, with breathtaking views of the ancient Roman ruins.
